Do you know the Process to purchase a Property in the Riviera Maya is?
First, you’ll need to choose the right property and work with a knowledgeable real estate agent. Since you’re a foreigner, you’ll need to own the property through a Fideicomiso (Bank Trust) or a Mexican Corporation.
Here’s a breakdown of the process:

The closing process typically takes place at a notary public’s office. You’ll need to sign the final documents, and the property will be transferred to your Fideicomiso.

- Property Taxes: Known as Predial, these taxes are typically low in Mexico, around 0.25% of the assessed value ³.
- Financing: Financing options may be limited for foreign buyers, and you may need to pay cash or secure financing through a Mexican bank ³.
- Property Management: Consider hiring a property management company to handle maintenance, repairs, and rentals

Can I work with my own lawyer as a client?
If you have a trusted lawyer with whom you want to follow up on the legal documentation of your purchase, you can do so, and we will reimburse you up to $4,000 pesos to cover their fees.
Can we schedule a tour to see the properties?
That’s the idea! You can coordinate it directly with us. Tell us what day and time you want to take the tour. We’ll pick you up and start the day with breakfast to discuss what you’re looking for. Then, we’ll head to the different developments that interest you. (Don’t forget to wear closed shoes and long pants)
I saw a property online that's not on your listing. Can you analyze it for me?if it is a good investment?
Of course! Today, there are many properties available in the Riviera Maya, and it’s not possible to list them all. The properties that appear in our listings have already been analyzed and verified, as well as many other developments that are not listed. If we don’t have information about the development you saw online or that was recommended to you, we’ll analyze it for you without commitment or cost.
I saw an apartment for pre-sale online that I liked, but I don't know which one it is. Can you get it for me?
